How the service works

Gate brings several trading products into one service, including spot, margin, conversion, bots and derivatives. Its Web3 offering is a separate workflow from an exchange-held balance. Selecting a product is necessary before comparing an order or interpreting a fee shown in the interface.

What determines your cost

Maker and taker pricing, VIP levels and GT-related benefits can affect trading costs. Futures fees are calculated on filled trading notional, so leverage does not make the underlying transaction smaller. Funding, borrowing and withdrawals need their own cost check.

When to consider it

Compare the actual market and order type you will use, not just the lowest tier advertised on a general page. For leveraged products, calculate opening and closing costs against the full position and review margin requirements separately.

Read current fees, supported products and account conditions on the official website.
