Changelly provides a crypto exchange flow that sends the resulting supported asset to a specified wallet.
How the service works
Changelly’s standard exchange flow asks for an input asset and receiving address, then gives you deposit instructions for that transaction. It is distinct from Changelly PRO, which has a separate trading experience. Match both the asset and blockchain, and include a memo or destination tag when the instructions require one. The order reference is separate from a blockchain transaction hash.

What determines your cost
A floating quote can change before completion. For a fixed quote, Changelly’s instructions require the specified incoming amount within the displayed time window. Deducting a sending-wallet fee from that amount can therefore matter. Compare the final output and every network charge using identical input amounts; do not equate a quoted exchange rate with an all-inclusive cash cost across different routes.
When to consider it
Consider this service for a defined crypto-to-crypto exchange when you already know where the output should arrive. Check minimum amounts, quote expiry and the procedure for a delayed or failed transfer before depositing. A transaction can enter a hold state requiring verification, and cancellation is not guaranteed after funds move. Keep both identifiers so support can distinguish the service order from the onchain transfer.
