Availability refers to ordinary individual accounts at the named service. Residence, citizenship, identity checks, local bank requirements and sanctions can change eligibility. A country absent from a restriction list is not treated as confirmed support.

How the service works

Binance combines an order-book exchange with Convert, trading bots and derivatives. The product matters as much as the brand: a quoted conversion, a spot limit order and a leveraged position have different execution and account requirements. The global service is separate from Binance US.

What determines your cost

Spot fees depend on the market, account tier and applicable BNB discount. Fiat pairs have a separate schedule. For derivatives, include funding and the cost of closing the position; for a purchase intended for a wallet, include the withdrawal charge and minimum.

When to consider it

Start with the exact pair and interface you intend to use. Compare the final quantity received with an alternative platform, then check whether your account can withdraw that asset on your chosen network. Availability must be checked for your location.
