How the service works

Firi’s Norwegian service supports buying, selling and holding cryptocurrency through an account, with market trading and direct-purchase workflows. The price list distinguishes how these trades are priced. The Norwegian terms require bank transfers through an account belonging to the customer. This local banking setup is a concrete part of the workflow, not evidence that every Nordic resident can open the same account.

What determines your cost

Compare bank funding with card or wallet-based payment methods before choosing convenience. Firi’s direct-purchase pricing can include a markup in addition to the trading charge, while bank withdrawals and crypto transfers have their own costs. For recurring purchases, check how the selected asset is executed. Adding only the published trading percentage can miss a meaningful part of the total.

When to consider it

Firi is relevant to research when Norwegian bank funding and a local account workflow matter more than a large international trading interface. Check the asset’s withdrawal network and minimum before buying it for self-custody. A successful purchase does not by itself demonstrate that the intended withdrawal is available. Keep trade, transfer and tax records, and verify current account requirements directly with Firi.
